A chatbot that answers your customers
Common questions (hours, prices, parking), in French and English, 24/7.
AI integration
Less time on the phone and in your inbox, more time for your customers.
What we set up
Are you open on Sunday?
Yes, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Would you like to book a table?
BookTalk to a person
Common questions (hours, prices, parking), in French and English, 24/7.
The chatbot offers open slots from your booking tool, for a salon or a restaurant for example.
A personalized acknowledgement within minutes, which you approve or which goes out on its own based on your rules.
Page copy, posts and product descriptions, always reviewed before they’re published.
Automations
When something happens, the next step happens on its own. For example:
How it works
What eats your time on the phone, at the counter and in your inbox.
With your answers, in French and English. You try it before anyone else.
You know how to use it. We check the first weeks and fix what’s needed.
Law 25
You stay responsible for your customers’ personal information. Law 25 requires, among other things, a person in charge of protecting it (by default, the person with the highest authority in the business), a published privacy policy, non-essential cookies off by default and a register of confidentiality incidents. We help you update your privacy policy and set a retention period. This is a practical checklist, not legal advice.
A transparency rule we apply everywhere, beyond the letter of Law 25: the chat window says “Virtual assistant (AI): you’re talking to a program, not a person.”
Customers can always reach a person, by phone, email or form.
We collect only what the task requires, as Law 25 requires. The chatbot never asks for health information and asks customers not to type any.
Before personal information is communicated outside Quebec, which is often the case with an AI provider: a privacy impact assessment and a written agreement, as Law 25 requires.
Price
Quote on request
Depending on what you want to automate. Fixed price confirmed up front, plus tax.
FAQ
Yes, always. The window says so clearly and customers can ask to talk to a person.
Yes, it happens. That’s why it answers from replies you’ve approved, we test it with you, and it offers a person when it doesn’t know. It’s set up not to make up prices or appointments, and we check its answers during the first weeks.
We tell you exactly what’s collected, why and who receives it, including the AI provider. We set a retention period and delete conversations after it. If the provider processes data outside Quebec, we first do the privacy impact assessment Law 25 requires, with you. The provider is confirmed per project.
If a decision about a person is based exclusively on automated processing (for example, turning down a request with no human involved), Law 25 requires informing that person and letting them submit observations to someone who can review the decision. That’s why a person stays in the loop for anything beyond routine replies.
It’s simplest with a site we build. For an existing site, we check what’s possible first.
Yes. The chatbot replies in French, and in English when the customer writes in English.
